Return & Refund Policy


  1. Returns/Exchange
    - Returns/exchange accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
    - Request returns/exchange to be raised within 3 days of delivery on www.induheritage.com.

    - The exchange item must be of equal or more value than the original product purchased. If the exchange item value is lower than original product purchased the difference amount would be transferred to INDU  heritage account ( customer), which can be used for future purchases.

    - Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



  2. Refunds
    - Processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
    - Refunds issued to the customer bank account .

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    - Sale items, customized products, or altered items.
